2. Payments
Payments are processed securely through Stripe, PayPal, or Apple Pay.
Payment terms
Payments are due upfront unless a payment plan is arranged.
Payment plans must be completed in full.
Failure to complete a payment plan may result in suspension of services.
3. Refund Policy
Digital Downloads
All digital products are non-refundable, due to the nature of instant delivery.
Coaching Services
Refunds may be offered only when:
We have openly discussed challenges,
The client has completed the agreed work,
And results were genuinely not achieved despite best effort.
Refund requests are assessed case-by-case and are not guaranteed.
Cancellations
Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited.
Coaching packages must be completed within the agreed timeframe unless otherwise arranged.
Payment plans remain payable even if you discontinue coaching early (unless mutually agreed otherwise).
4. Client Agreements
All coaching clients must sign a formal coaching agreement before starting.
This agreement outlines expectations, responsibilities, confidentiality, and boundaries.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, digital downloads, frameworks, branding, courses, and materials on this site are owned by Christine Berry Coaching.
You may not reproduce, share, or resell any content without written permission.
6. No Guarantees
We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, financial results, or personal success.
Your results depend on your actions, commitment, and external market conditions.
7. Limitation of Liability
Christine Berry Coaching is not liable for:
Business losses
Financial outcomes
Decisions you make based on our content
Delays or interruptions in website availability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
