A little bit about me

I know what it feels like to be a creative, intuitive entrepreneur—full of ideas and drive, yet weighed down by misalignment, overwhelm, or the sense that your business doesn’t fully reflect who you are. I’ve been there myself.

I’ve spent the last two decades building and growing small businesses across fashion, life coaching, and e-commerce, including global sales through Amazon and Shopify. Along the way I built and sold two brands of my own and self-published six books. Every step of my journey has been guided by a commitment to sustainability, creativity, and creating work that has genuine meaning and impact.

Alongside building my own ventures, I’ve also spent many years supporting other business owners. After completing my Master Practitioner of Coaching qualification in 2015, I soon began working as a business coach and later as a business advisor with the NSW Government, where I worked with a wide range of businesses — from mechanics and cafés to clothing stores, service providers and coaches.

What became clear during that time was how similar the underlying challenges were, regardless of the industry. Again and again I saw the same three themes affecting business owners: money, mindset, and marketing. When one of these areas was out of balance, growth became harder than it needed to be.

For years I pushed hard to grow my own ventures. The ambition was there, but the ease wasn’t. I often felt invisible, caught between following other people’s advice and trying to forge my own path. It could be isolating and exhausting, and I longed for a way of doing business that actually felt like me.

Everything shifted when I built, scaled and sold my own successful Amazon business. That experience showed me how powerful it can be to combine clear strategy with intuitive alignment. I realised that when your business reflects your values — and when you work with your natural energy instead of against it — growth becomes lighter, more sustainable, and far more fulfilling.

Burnout stopped feeling inevitable once I realised there truly was another way.

Three things I believe:

Working with the natural energy of the universe gets results faster than anything else you could do from a strategy point of view.

Finding the right people to help, at the right time, moves the needle faster than slogging it out on your own. I have had MANY mentors over my years in business.

You can do anything you set your mind to, with resilience and tenacity anything is possible.

I bring that same practical knowledge into my coaching. I blend business strategy with intuitive guidance, helping entrepreneurs translate their ideas and energy into clear, actionable plans that feel authentic and aligned.
